Based at the incredible Best Centre where you are likely to be rubbing shoulders with Olympic swimmers and Pro triathletes. Swim Smooth are going to provide you with the ultimate in Coaching and facilities. The pool sets will take place in the fabulous 50m pool,  Whilst the open water sessions will take place off the sheltered immaculate beaches and clear waters surrounding the town.
Each day will consist of a structured pool swim, focusing on your technique and open water skills. An open water swim of various length along the coast or around the beautiful bays. There will be plenty of time to relax, recover and enjoy your stay in the town.
