Triathlon Camp Can Picafort Mallorca 2/04 - 9/04

Join us for another fantastic 7 night HALF BOARD stay at the 4 * Ferrer Janeiro Hotel & Spa and enjoy some of the best training environments Mallorca has to offer. On your day of  arrival you will enjoy a welcome briefing followed by a swim to loosen you off from your travels..

The schedule for the week is fluid depending on the needs of the participants, but will consist of a variety of structured sessions. The daily schedule will also vary from day to day but will start with a swim usually before breakfast (Pool or Open water), followed by a run and/or a bike ride dependant on length. I am sure you are aware that the roads here are great for cycling. 

There will be 3 longer bike days allowing you to take on some of Mallorcas iconic rides. Sa calobra, The formentor Lighthouse and a visit to The cycling Planet cafe in Alaro via Bunyola. 

All of the participants will benefit from having a Full Swim Smooth Video Analysis followed by a group correction set.  You will become familiar with the importance of the concept of CSS training and be able to incorporate it into your own training sets. We will have he oppurtunity to practice our open water skills needed for a triathlon swim in the calm waters adjacent to the town. 

The town of Can Picfort  has a pathway that hugs the coastline, and numurous trails where we will enjoy some of our run sessions.
