Join us for another fantastic 7 night HALF BOARD stay at the THB Sur Hotel and enjoy some of the best training environments Mallorca has to offer. On your day of arrival you will enjoy a welcome briefing.

The schedule for the week is fluid depending on the needs of the participants, but will consist of a variety of structured sessions. The daily schedule will vary from day to day but will start with a swim usually before breakfast (Pool or Open water), a run and/or a bike ride dependant on length. The roads are great for cycling.
