Swim Smooth Swim Camp C.A.R Granada

On Friday you will have your stroke filmed followed by a technique set . We will then review the all footage in the class room and perform the Video analysis. The second set of the day will include a Css Test (please don't worry about this). This will give you your threshold pace that all your future swim training will be based on.

Saturday

We will be swim twice again, firstly doing the stroke correction from your VA then later in the day we will swim a CCS threshold set. There will be time in the gym to perform some rehab and stretching. The topic for discussion will be on the benefits of CSS training, what it is and why it works.

Sunday

The first swim of the day we will recap and perform a stroke correction session. The second we will swim our famous Red mist set. We will have the chance to stretch before a final debrief and good byes.
