Join us for another fantastic 7 night HALF BOARD stay at the THB Sur Hotel and enjoy some of the best training environments Mallorca has to offer. On your day of  arrival you will enjoy a welcome briefing.

Price p/p 7nights half board twin room based on 2 people sharing. 6 Full days of coaching. €80 SPS

The schedule for the week is fluid depending on the needs of the participants, but will consist of a variety of structured sessions. The daily schedule will vary from day to day but will start with a swim usually before breakfast (Pool or Open water), a run and/or a bike ride dependant on length. The roads are great for cycling. The longer ride will take you through some pretty Mallorca villages and up to the cafe at the top of Sant Salvador. There you will have panoramic views over the island (as well as a slice of their fabulous cake) All of the participants will benefit from having a Full Swim Smooth Video Analysis followed by a group correction set. 

At the end of the week there will be a short sprint event so you can put to the test all your new skills and confidence.

The town of Colonia Sant Jordi has a pathway that hugs the coastline, this is where we will enjoy some of our runs.

The swim sets will take place in either the 50m pool at the best centre or in the sheltered waters of the habour beach.
