Six intensive days of swim coaching. Come an fall in love with the beautiful waters surrounding CSJ. There will be two open water swims a day designed to hone your open water skills and confidence. Swim groups are seeded so you will be around those of similar abilities.

Join us for another fantastic 7 night HALF BOARD stay at the THB Sur Hotel and enjoy some of the best training environments Mallorca has to offer. On your day of arrival you will enjoy a welcome briefing.

The camp is stuctured so that you build on the previous days skills and experience. The day will usually start with a sea familiarisation swim. This is more about building your confidence than swimming lots of distance. There will be a longer sea swim mid morning before lunch of varying lengths 500m to 3K. .
