Six and a half intensive days of swim coaching. Come and fall in love with the beautiful waters surrounding CSJ. You will have the opportunity to swim 3 times a day. These sessions are designed to hone your open water skills, improve your confidence and correct any flaws in your technique.

Join us for another fantastic 7 night HALF BOARD stay at the THB Sur Hotel and enjoy some of the best training environments Mallorca has to offer. On your day of arrival you will enjoy a welcome briefing.
The camp is stuctured so that you build on the previous days skills and experience. The day will usually start with a sea familiarisation swim. This is more about building your confidence than swimming lots of distance. There will be a longer sea swim mid morning before lunch of varying lengths 500m to 3K. . Later in the afternoom we will be in the pool working on our swim technique and open water skills. All of the participants will benefit from having a Full Swim Smooth Video Analysis followed by a group correction set.
